JSEALS covers research on the languages of mainland and insular Southeast Asia, including Sino-Tibetan, Austroasiatic, Kra-Dai, Hmong-Mien, and Austronesian languages. Currently, it is open-access and is co-published by Asia-Pacific Linguistics at the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia.
